Tenancies begin at 2:00 p.m. on the first Saturday and end at 10:30 a.m. on the final Saturday. Keys will be at the flat when you arrive.

The flat is fully equipped with china, cutlery and cooking utensils, together with bed linen and towels. We reserve the right to amend the specification without notice in order to maintain our grading from the Wales Tourist Board.

Only members of the party listed on the booking form are permitted on the premises at any time, unless prior arrangements have been made for a single daytime visit of no more than two guests.

Only non-smokers may stay at or visit the flat.

Pets are not allowed.

Terms of payment:

Discounts apply to all bookings of two weeks duration.

Bookings can only be accepted from persons over twenty-one years of age.

Bookings for 1 week - the deposit of £100 must be paid at the time of booking.

Bookings for 2 weeks or more - a deposit must be paid of £100 per week.

For all bookings - once you have paid the deposit and we have accepted the booking, you become liable for the balance of the rent no later than four weeks before the start of the holiday.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your booking before the start of the letting, and you let us know in writing, we will try to re-let the flat for the period concerned. If such re-letting can be arranged, we will refund your money minus any expenses incurred in re-letting the flat. If we fail to re-let the flat you will still be liable for the full amount due, including any outstanding balance.

You are strongly advised to take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation.

Liability:

The person making the bookings is liable to pay for damages (including soiling) to fixtures, fittings and furnishings that she/he may cause. Damages must be notified to the owners or their representatives as soon as they occur. (Saturday morning is often too late to rectify problems for incoming guests.)

It is your responsibility to keep the flat in a clean and tidy condition.

The booking is made on the understanding that the flat will be placed at your disposal on the date agreed. If this should not be possible through circumstances outside our control (e.g. fire, theft, damage, death or illness) your payment will be returned in full but you will have no other claim against us.
