




The apartment provides attractive and comfortable accommodation which is kept to a very high standard.
It is self contained with its own separate entrance. It contains a lounge/kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There is a double bed in one bedroom and a single bed in the other. The kitchen was newly fitted for the 2007 season and contains a built-in cooker with extractor fan, hob, microwave and fridge. Other facilities include iron, kettle and vacuum cleaner. The recently installed fully tiled bathroom contains an electric shower, WC, wash basin, shaver point and heated towel rail. Please note that the flat is non-smoking. Electricity is provided through a meter and averages approximately £4 per week.
